Jan 28 - Investment teams formation - introductions and matching sessions to build deal sourcing and investment teams based on fellow interest, expertise, and background
Mondays and Tuesdays - Experienced investors and industry experts share insights and best practices
Wednesdays - Deal flow review and investment committee meetings facilitated by an experienced guest investor. Each investment team nominates top deals for a review by the committee. Best deals go through deeper due diligence.
Thursdays - Office hours for one-on-one meetings with experts and experienced investors
Thursdays - Investment Teams' standup meetings to review results and plans for next week.
Fellows will perform additional work individually and in teams to implement their investment thesis, source deals, review companies, perform due diligence, prepare for investment committee meetings, and syndicate investments.

What is the time commitment?
The program is a part-time online live program that requires commitment to perform individual and team work of 8+ hours per week.
Your weekly activities will include:
Learning VC fundamentals
Expert guests sessions with experienced VCs, business angels, and other players in the startup ecosystem
Establishing connections with investors for co-investment opportunities and syndication of deals
Market research and analysis
Deal sourcing, reviewing executive summaries, presentations, and evaluating startups
Hosting startup pitch sessions with qualified startups
Preparing materials for investment committees and syndication partners
Hosting and attending investment committees
Performing detailed due diligence of investment opportunities
Mastermind sessions with your investment team
Office hours with mentors and experts
* All the sessions are recorded in case you can't join
What is my team investment thesis and stage?
You will join an investment team based on your interest and expertise. Each team will define their investment thesis: industry, company stage, check size, potential co-investors, etc. Your team will source and review deals, present top opportunities during investment committee meetings, and negotiate investments.
Can I invest in deals sourced by our cohort?
There is no requirement to invest in any of the sourced companies during the program. We do recommend having at least $10k to invest to get the program's full value and acquire hands-on experience to understand how to make investment decisions in real life.
How long will I have access to the Tribe-V community?
Once you finish your fellowship you will continue to have access to your cohort fellows and experts.
You can continue growing with Tribe-V by enjoying your 1-year Tribe-V Membership where you can boost your knowledge, experience and grow your investment portfolio supported by peers.
What is the application process?
Submit your application - Apply hereby sharing your information and why you are interested in the program. If you are accepted into the program, you will receive an official email with your invitation to the interview.
Application review -Tribe-V will review your application and rank it using various criteria: work experience, industry expertise, goals, and additional factors.
Interview - Tribe-V will select the best applicants for an online interview to learn more about them, their goals for the program, and their interests.
Acceptance - Approved applicants will receive an official email with acceptance to the program, and payment instructions.
Tribe-V applications are open for all the future announced cohorts. Early application to the future cohort provides you priority in the application process. The fellowship program is limited to 30 fellows in a cohort.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a limited amount of spots for qualified fellows in each cohort, no more than 30 fellows will be accepted.
If your life plans change before Jan 25th, 2022, we will refund your admission fees minus the $200 application processing fee.
Will I receive a certificate of completion when I finish the fellowship?
We will issue Certificates of Completion to fellows who successfully complete the 10 weeks of fellowship program.
